Cafe Tacuba was started in order to fill the need in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex for authentic Mexican food, and authentic provincial Mexican food. However, besides offering the best food in the metroplex, we also wanted to offer incredible prices and great customer service that made people feel welcomed. After attending Mexican restaurants in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex, we often saw huge problems with food quality, customer service, cleanliness or sanitation issues, and a host of other problems. These restaurants were not restaurants that we would eat at, and we knew that others felt the same way.
